Many factors may affect a person’s lung health when they face periods of homelessness or housing insecurity.

Additionally, people experiencing homelessness may face barriers to receiving treatment, and therefore may face complications and deterioration with any respiratory challenges.

This presentation from 2023 runs through types of respiratory illness, how to manage these to prevent deterioration, and also signposts to services in Brighton and Hove that can provide additional support.
