Patients can also make booked appointments to see their preferred Doctor. If you would like to do this please let the Reception Team know. Please note – we are unable to offer home visits.
We can send you text reminders to confirm the appointment time. Please ensure we have the correct contact number for you, and let us know if you change your number, so you can receive reminders.

If your query isn’t urgent or you are keen to avoid wait times, you can contact us via eConsult (go to our page on this, for more information and to start your eConsult enquiry).
Arch is a teaching practice and occasionally trainee GPs or medical students may, as part of their training, be required to sit in with the GP during consultations. You will always be asked if you consent to this, prior to your consultation. If you do not consent, the trainee will not sit in on your consultation.
If you need to be seen in an emergency then it is best to attend the walk-in clinic at Brighton Station. In a serious emergency call 999 or go straight to the nearest A&E department.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment for any reason please call us or email the surgery as soon as possible so we can offer it to another patient.
Through our partnership with Brighton and Hove Federation, patients now have access to additional appointments from 6:30pm to 8pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. These include remote and face to face GP appointments as well as appointments with a nurse, pharmacist or healthcare assistant. Specialist clinics are also being planned (e.g. menopause, women’s health). Please refer to the Brighton and Hove Federation website for updates. Access to these clinics is by contacting the surgery in the normal way. These appointments might be held at a different location to the surgery and are subject to availability.
