eConsult is an online consultation tool, to get you virtual help from your GP. It is a way to safely send a report of your symptoms online, so that your GP can check these and decide:
This can be useful if you want to avoid potential wait times on the phone, or have something non-urgent that you would like to deal with.
Please note that there are several steps within the eConsult process, and you will be asked for detailed information about your ailment/complaint. The whole process should take less than five minutes. Click on any of the links on this page to get you started on the eConsult process, these will take you straight to Arch’s eConsult page.
Once you have submitted your eConsult online, you will receive a copy of the eConsult report via email. This email will also contain the unique reference number for your eConsult, should you need to speak to the practice about any of the information it contains.
