We are open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Same day appointments are available, these can be booked by calling us on 01273 003930 at 8am and 1pm.
Please be aware that our phone lines get very busy around this time, and our receptionists work extremely hard to accommodate as many people as possible.
You can also contact us to book an advance appointment. The Reception Team will offer you an appointment with the most appropriate clinician for your needs, this may be a GP, Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse or a Healthcare Assistant. We can also arrange a telephone consultation with a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner if this is more convenient. Patients can also make booked appointments to see their preferred Doctor. If you would like to do this please let the Reception Team know.
We can send you text reminders to confirm the appointment time.
If your query isn’t urgent or you are keen to avoid wait times, you can contact us via eConsult (go to our page on this, for more information and to start your eConsult enquiry).
If you need to be seen in an emergency then it is best to attend the walk-in clinic. In a serious emergency call 999 or go straight the nearest A&E department.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible so we can offer it to another patient.
Through our partnership with Brighton and Hove Federation, patients now have access to additional appointments from 18.30 to 20.00 weekdays and 09.00 to 17.00 Saturday and Sunday. These include remote and face to face GP appointments as well as appointments with a nurse, pharmacist or health care assistant. Specialist clinics are also being planned (e.g. menopause). Please refer to the Federations website for updates. Access to these clinics is by contacting the surgery in the normal way. These appointments might be held at a different location to the surgery and are subject to availability.
