Brighton & Hove Common Ambition: the Steering Group's activities and achievements in 2021
The Common Ambition Steering Group have co-produced a booklet to document their work in 2021. This is a highly readable, educational chronicle of their journey, from setting up a co-production group, establishing group rules, and going from individual visions to becoming an action group that will be co-creating solutions and designing change.

In 2021 the team worked through phase 1 and started phase 2 of the project:

The 2022 booklet will cover the team’s work on completing phase 2 and getting stuck into phase 3, reviewing the system and designing change
2023 will see the completion of phase 3, designing change
Phase 4, Evaluating our work, will come in 2024!
