Nicky Pyper, Project Manager for Brighton & Hove Common Ambition

After 10 years as a performer and music teacher, I transitioned into Project Management. Having managed a large portfolio of projects including employee engagement, leadership and team building projects, I moved into the area of international development, leading engagement, global health and advocacy programmes and projects. This is where I really found my passion for co-production, working with people with lived experience to create the most effective interventions and holding the space for those who are often not heard to have a voice in what happens to them and how their lives are portrayed.

I was initially drawn to Arch via the Common Ambition project, using co-production in the local homeless healthcare system to drive systemic change. But I have since discovered that I completely align with Arch’s values and ways of working, Arch play a vital role in the homeless healthcare system and they do it with passion, drive and respect.
