Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Durham University Business School
I’ve been involved in third sector leadership for 30 years, starting out as a youth and family worker in Brighton and then spending 12 years leading a pioneering community project in inner city Manchester. During my time in Manchester I started the charity Justlife which now operates nationally specialising in services for people living in temporary accommodation. In 2009 I won a scholarship to study at Durham University Business School and graduated from there with an MBA in 2012. Since returning to Brighton in 2012 I’ve been involved in various collaborative partnerships which culminated in the creation of Arch Health CIC in 2016.
I am a director of Arch because I believe that the health needs of the most vulnerable should be met with deep compassion and outstanding quality by caring and supported staff. Arch offers a not-for-profit approach to healthcare with a wealth of clinical and community experience which I am convinced can deliver great results for the people we serve.
