We are delighted to publish our Annual Report for 2024-25, which showcases summaries of our work and the impact we’ve had in the last year across all of our different health services. Within the report you will find information on our Outreach, Step Down Beds, Health Engagement, GP, and Hospital in-reach services. We also share stories from two of our team members who work with our patients, as well as updates from the Brighton & Hove Common Ambition project and our CEO, Gary Bishop.
