Anja McLean, Communications & Events Coordinator

I’ve worked in the not-for profit sector for most of my career in roles within education, international development, and healthcare settings. I’m a passionate advocate for equality and eradicating discrimination so was drawn to the role here at Arch and the chance to join a team who are genuinely committed to addressing health inequalities and caring for some of the most vulnerable and marginalised members of our local community. The team here at Arch is incredibly passionate, dynamic and supportive – of both patients and colleagues; it’s an amazing place to work.

After a stint as a Brighton and Hove resident, I now live in nearby Lewes, but love returning to the city for work as well as walks on the sea front with friends and when I get the chance, a bit of live music.
