Olivia Hind

Since 2017, Olivia has led commercial development and strategy in healthcare technology companies and is currently Partnerships Director at Healthy.io. In this role, Olivia has played a leading role in the national rollout of home-based urine testing for people living with diabetes and hypertension. She was appointed an NHS Innovation Accelerator Fellow in 2017, a national programme designed to support companies and individuals committed to sharing, growing expertise and experience in the adoption, implementation and spread of innovation for the benefit of patients.

Prior to this, Olivia worked in commercial development and policy roles within the NHS in Sussex, in the charity sector, and at the Department of Health. She was involved in the original development of Arch’s vision for primary care in Brighton & Hove, and supported the development of new diabetes and public health services across Sussex.

Olivia has been interested in the intersection of health and wellbeing, housing, and social inequality throughout her career, particularly following work on changes to public health and children’s services across Sussex. She supported the team in the development of Arch’s original vision for primary care services in Brighton & Hove and in the early stages of the organisation’s growth.

Olivia has a degree in Social & Political Studies from the University of Sheffield, and a PGDip in Healthcare Leadership & Commissioning from Brighton & Sussex Medical School.

She lives in Brighton with her partner, son, and dog, Susan.
