The Arch outreach service delivers healthcare on the streets, in day centres, hostels and emergency/temporary accommodation. This project was set up in October 2022 and requires staff to demonstrate a high level of flexibility, drive and ambition. In this role, you will work closely with a GP, Health Engagement Workers and other members of the Arch team to ensure the success of the project. The project is supported by a specialist GP with regular clinical supervision and will have the support of the wider multidisciplinary network and the Arch team. It is our absolute priority to ensure that all our services are accessible, open and available to everyone who needs them. We believe we can achieve this best through a diverse team and are committed to developing a workforce which is representative of our whole community. Our ideal candidate will be a highly self-motivated leader who is organised, driven, open and caring. They will be able to think on their feet, have great problem-solving abilities and be comfortable with the flexibility required for a role such as this. Most importantly they will be dedicated to the delivery of the highest possible standards of care for people who are living without homes in Brighton & Hove. If you are passionate about our vision and our values, and are excellent at what you do, come as you are and we’ll do all we can to help you succeed.
