I graduated from Edinburgh Medical School in 2006 and completed my GP training in Worthing and Littlehampton in 2013. Since then I have been a Partner in Lewes originally at School Hill Medical Practice but now as part of Foundry Healthcare Lewes formed by the merger of the three practices in Lewes. As part of this we have been exploring how to improve the journey of people through primary health care services and the wellbeing of the team that provide this service. We have pushed forward innovations to address the challenges that this has presented and are continuing to cultivate change and foster hope for patients and staff.
I have been seeking to explore further how to provide healthcare to the marginalised and disenfranchised that is shaped around their needs in a work environment that values the well being of the staff that deliver this healthcare. Seeing Arch grow and become what it is I feel it is a nothing short of a gift to have an opportunity to be involved.
